HOW TO EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from this website for a different size or color please follow these instructions.

- Place the items you wish to return in a box
- You must include a copy of the invoice with a good number to call you back at
- Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction, and include the item you would like to exchange for

You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return.

PLEASE NOTE
Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return. Return or exchange must be done within 30 days of purchase.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Delivery time includes 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping option.

All communication regarding order status is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. You will receive an Email confirmation at the address listed in your Torrid.com profile. Please await this email confirmation and notify us if confirmation is not received. In addition, we will also notify you via Email if there are any issues regarding your order. Shipping fees are based on the weight of your order, destination and the shipping method you choose.
